Conclusion

Most of the spiritual paths and practices available today may seem attractive at first, but they have narrow perspectives and limited benefits. That is why I have shared some of the helpful spiritual paths you can follow.

One powerful question you can ask yourself when choosing your spiritual journey is, “What exactly am I striving for?” Then think about what spirituality means to you, your true needs, and whether they all match. If they don’t, and if you find the path or practice to be superficially attractive but lacking on a deeper level, let it go and move on.

Asking the simple question, “What exactly am I striving for?” will help you separate the ‘gold from the dirt, so to speak. The result of finding such clarity is a deeper, more authentic, and enriching spiritual path.
Always remember that above all, be honest with yourself, and if you cannot put your heart into it, get yourself out of it.
